WaveTrak WMS

WaveTrak directs all warehouse operations in real-time, using the speed and accuracy of Radio Frequency (RF) terminals and bar code readers, optimizing both facility and human resources. WaveTrak also offers real-time, on-line access to all warehouse information, complete audit trails for all material moves, labor resource planning and tracking, multiple warehouses and multiple owners or division operations and the considerable efficiencies of task sequencing and task interleaving.

Paperless Environment

WaveTrak is designed to provide a paperless environment that eliminates the need for any data entry tasks with their inherent errors and wasted manpower. Every task required for optimum operation of the warehouse can be performed on wireless RF devices that provide an instantaneous, real-time transactional interface to the system. Operators are directed through all tasks by WaveTrak and are not required to perform any terminal based activities.

Functionality

WaveTrak features extensive optimization tools and functionality, up-to-the-second real-time views of expected receipts, orders, replenishments and picks, comprehensive picking functionality which includes full/partial case picking, full pallet picking, piece picking, batch picking and order picking, and the ability to track inventories in any conceivable multiple container hierarchy.

Interface Options

WaveTrak has been integrated with virtually all-significant ERP/MRP systems available. WaveTrak provides numerous interface options including vendor provided API's, RFC's, BAPI's, ODBC, XML, etc. Even legacy systems can be supported through the use of FTP if required. WaveTrak is designed to interface easily with virtually all host systems, with third party or host based order processing, purchase order and accounting applications and with material processing equipment such as conveyors, cranes, sortation systems, pick-to-light modules and carousels.
